Pasticceria Fabian is renowned for its attention to detail, premium ingredients, and unique desserts. Before implementing our system, all orders were handled via WhatsApp (making structured sales management impossible) or over the phone - taking up valuable time and pulling pastry chefs away from production.

The ClickLab Design team was tasked with creating a digital presence that matched the brand’s high standards. The goal was to develop a fast, mobile-first ordering platform designed to eliminate chat clutter and automate routine workflows.

The Visual & UX Solution

We developed a minimalist design with warm tones, where professional product photography takes center stage. The catalog is organized into intuitive categories (Cakes, Breakfast, Mignon Pastries, Realistic Fruit), allowing customers to complete their orders in just a few clicks from any smartphone.

Technical Development & Business Logic

Instead of relying on clunky, off-the-shelf CMS platforms, we developed a tailor-made admin panel. From here, staff can easily manage the catalog, create subcategories, configure custom assorted boxes with various products, and add specific product attributes.

• Smart Scheduling & Limited-Edition Products: The owners set operating hours and holidays, while the system automatically calculates available pickup time slots. Additionally, they can schedule seasonal items available exclusively on pre-set dates.

• Custom Cake Configurator: Directly in the cart, customers can upload a reference photo and add a description of their custom requests. The price updates dynamically based on the selected variants and decorations.

• Seamless Payments with Stripe: We integrated the convenient Stripe payment gateway. This not only allows customers to pay using their preferred local methods (Satispay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay), but also provides the bakery with a powerful financial management dashboard. This completely eliminated the frustrating issue of wasted kitchen resources on orders that were never picked up.

• Total Design Control: The owners can independently update homepage content and display promotional banners ahead of holidays and special events.

Analytics & SEO (The Results)

Clean code and solid foundational SEO ensured an outstanding launch. Within the very first weeks, Google Search Console recorded over 3,000 impressions and more than 100 organic clicks. The website quickly secured a steady spot in the Top 5 for the most relevant local keywords.

We integrated Google Analytics 4 and Search Console for the owners. Now, the team can analyze real user behavior: which desserts are in highest demand, where traffic is coming from, and how to refine their offerings to achieve even more ambitious milestones.

Naturally, shifting an entire customer base from their established WhatsApp habits to a new website takes time, and a 100% adoption rate doesn’t happen in just a couple of weeks. However, the ice has been broken: the transition is well underway, and the first online order was successfully placed and paid for within the very first days of launch.
